Camerlò - Rosso Bologna
Extreme intense red colour with light glints of garnet. On the nose, an intense fruity bouquet.
Soft pressing and de-stemming followed by maceration in stainless steel tanks with regular plunging to extract colour and tannins. Partial fermentation in wooden casks at 25°C. Subsequent bottle-ageing for approximately 6 months.
Grilled red meat, game and wild poultry.
Dry mature cheeses.
